During the 2 hour session, we will chat for 30 minutes to determine your needs and then proceed to bodywork. Much of our psychology is harboured within the body. The body speaks much louder than words.
The session is completely tailored around your needs. Your personal boundaries land level of comfort with touch and nudity is greatly respected.

The essence of my work is to assist you to have a deep connection with your own body and your sexuality. The session is for you to receive - to be immersed in a deep body meditation of bliss. Other areas we can bring healing and awareness to is erectile dysfunction and ejaculation control.

Kundalini activation and help
Awakening of the energy body is different for everyone. For some it happens in the first session, for some it takes months or even years of inner work.
It does help being in my presence, since I know the energy well and can move it through my body. When I activate my own energy flow, there is a touch transmission to my clients. I guide my clients into a body meditation using, breath, relaxation and mind focus.
For those who have already had an energy awakening, I give guidance on how to channel, manage and nurture the energy flow.

Speciality life-force activation with plant medicine
Awakening the energy body is different for everyone. It depends on how much work you have already done in the field of tantra, yoga, meditation, TRE and qigong.
My aim is always to help my clients to feel the activation of life-force energy within them. This process can be successful in the first session or may take months of inner work to achieve.
We have had substantial success in activating the energy body with the help of Cannabis. This is not for everyone, but if you are a cannabis user anyway, this might be an option for you. The process involves 3 separate session:
- Introductory 2 hour session in which you are prepared by being taught how to breathe, how to feel and shown the energy channels in your body.
- a few days or a week later we do a 4 Hour deep-dive, during which we both use cannabis as sacrament. The session is pure body work and highly intuitive. The cannabis activates the endocannabinoid system in the body which allows for a deeper dimension of feeling. My flow of life-force becomes highly activated, which allows for a transmission learning to happen. In this state I am also able to perceive the flow and resistance in your energy field.
- 2 hour debrief session during which I show you how activate your energy body without the use of the plant medicine.

Bodywork
During a session we first talk for 30 minutes to establish your needs, to establish safe boundaries and to give you an introduction to the work approach. We then go straight into bodywork. I believe the body speaks much louder than words. The aim is to give you an embodied experience.
By touching my clients, I am able to guide you into reconnecting with your body. I guide you to move into presence within yourself. It is a gentle slow process of deeper and deeper self-realisation, of allowing pleasure into the body and of surrendering to pure sensation. Helping you to connect with ease and joy to the power of your sexual energy.
Energy work
The essence of this work is to help you to feel your kundalini energy. You can also call it energy orgasms or full body orgasms. I call it kundalini only as a reference point, but do not get distracted by foreign terms of the idea that it is difficult to achieve. My whole teaching is about the simplicity and ease of the process. I am not teaching any dogma and work directly with the body and what is happening in the present moment.
