In this video, I want to share my journey with Life Force and explain why I'm passionate about teaching it through dance.

In March 2018, I had a profound experience during a meditation on the beach that transformed my understanding of life force energy. After my meditation, as I sat resting on a rock, my body began to shake with pleasure—almost like experiencing a series of heart orgasms. But it wasn’t just a physical sensation; it was a shift in consciousness. I felt nature become increasingly beautiful and luminous, and I realized my awareness wasn’t quite ready for this level of brilliance.

This experience led me to a deeper exploration of life force energy, or what you might know as Kundalini, Chi, or Shakti. Over time, I discovered full-body orgasms and a new way of experiencing pleasure that extends beyond the genitals—pleasure that moves through every part of the body.

Through countless meditations, love-making, and personal research, I’ve deepened my connection with this energy. I’ve found that working with life force energy can lead to extended love-making sessions, a greater alignment with nature, and even telepathic communication with others.

What’s truly incredible is the realization that this energy connects us with the divine within ourselves. It’s not just about feeling good or having intense orgasms; it’s about experiencing a deeper connection with ourselves and with the divine. This energy, which I perceive as a ball of light, is like high-speed fiber optic communication with the divine.

In this course, we’ll explore how to activate and work with this life force energy. We’ll use dance as a method to connect with our light bodies and bring awareness to our energy centers. Dance becomes a powerful tool to align, balance, and empower ourselves, leading to profound personal and spiritual growth.
